Website owner, offering and binding of Terms
This website is owned and operated by UVIEW Inc. (“UVIEW”, “we”, “our” or “us”). The terms and conditions set forth in this document (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website and all products and services offered by us. This website offers visitors (“you” or “customer”) the possibility to purchase the UVIEW system and it's components. By accessing or using the website and/or purchasing products or services, you approve that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by these Terms.
​ 1. Who Can Use Our Website
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must a) be of at least legal age as defined in and required by your current and legal jurisdiction and b) have the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website, purchase products or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
​ 2. Key Commercial Terms Offered to Customers
When buying an item, you understand, acknowledge and agree that you: (i) are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for services and/or products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services and/or products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur at any time before the purchase has been completed. We are thus not bound by the prices indicated on our website until a purchase has been completed. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on our website.
​ 3. Product Information
There might be small changes of how the final product looks compared to the pictures. Pictures are (currently) of prototypes, not the exact final product. Weight and dimensions in product descriptions are estimates and materials choice might change in the final product. The color may vary slightly in the pictures compared to the final product, in part due to the screen you are using. Consequently, there is no guarantee that the product you receive is identical in all aspects with what you see on our website.
​ 4. Shipment
The UVIEW can be delivered to most countries, but we cannot guarantee it can ship to your particular country. We can not guarantee that the package will be delivered within the estimated shipping days, as this is outside our control.
There is no guarantee that the products will be delivered by July 2023 (but we will do our best to have quality products ready to ship as soon as possible).
5. ​VAT
Prices indicated on our website includes VAT which will apply to all orders delivered within the EU. The percentage of VAT will be dependent on what EU country the order will be delivered to, according to the new EU VAT rules from 1 July 2021 to Cross-border VAT e-commerce. For orders to be delivered outside of the EU VAT is not included. You as a customer understand and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any and all local taxes, duties and other fees that may apply in your country for the import of goods and which you may be required to pay upon the goods entering your country.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Not happy with the product? For any undamaged products in mint condition, we offer free return shipping with a full refund. To initiate a return, please reach out to us on the website chat or email us at info@uview.se to receive a return shipping slip. Then simply return the product with its included accessories and the original packaging along with the original receipt within 30 (thirty) days of the date when you received the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The refund will be returned within 14 days of cancellation or when we have received the product, whichever occurs later.

7. Warranty
Is there a problem with the product? We offer a 1 (one) year warranty on all our products. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we have the unilateral right to decide to either repair or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will be responsible for return shipment of defect products to us and pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer. 8. Retention of Right to Change Offering
We may without prior notice at any time change our offer and nature of products and services, stop providing services or products or any feature of products or services or limit the extent of products and services. We may for any reason permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to our website, products or services without notice and with no liability whatsoever to any extent.
9. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All information and all material on our website, in product documentation and elsewhere is the property UVIEW. Furthermore, all rights related to our business, our products, our services and our website, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, designs, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video and music (Intellectual Property) is the exclusive property of UVIEW with full and unrestricted right and may not be used in any manner or to any extent - including but not limited to selling, licensing, renting, modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, transmitting, displaying, performing, publishing, adapting, editing or creating derivative works thereof - without the prior written consent of UVIEW. Moreover, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any transfer of or license to Intellectual Property in any manner or to any extent.
You understand, recognise, acknowledge and agree that by uploading or transferring any content (including but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to us or our website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send any such content. You furthermore understand, agree and consent to such content being displayed on our website or via our other communication channels.
10. Right to Suspend or Cancel User Accounts
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the our website and our services without notice and without any liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold UVIEW harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against us by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of our website or any of the products or services offered by us.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall UVIEW be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our website, services or products. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UVIEW assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of any content made available by us; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our website, services or products; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
Under no circumstance and to no extent is UVIEW liable for any accidents involving or caused by our products or damage caused to our products which is the result of or related to incorrect use, use not in accordance with our instructions for use or incorrect assembly or installation of our products by customer or any third party.
13. Right to Change and Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of our website or our services or purchase of our products after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the services or purchase any product.

You can find information about how and why we store and process your personal information in our privacy policy available on our website.
If you choose to contact us or communicate with us in any manner whatsoever, or send us any kind of information or content, you consent to us storing and processing all personal information contained in your communication for the purpose of administrating and responding to your communication. If you do not wish us to store and process your personal information, then do not contact us or send us any personal information whatsoever.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related to us, our business, website, products and services shall be governed by, construed in accordance with and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all claims and disputes related to us, our business, website, services and products, shall be exclusively decided exclusively by the District Court of Gothenburg, Sweden, in the first instance. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

17. UVIEW €10,000 Challenge
How it works:
1. Buy a UVIEW System to participate.
2. Capture epic moments on your action camera from the UVIEW angle or of the UVIEW system in action, then submit your best unedited, raw video clips to us (detailed instructions will be presented at later date).
3. If your clip makes the cut, you’ll get an equal share of €10,000, distributed between the winning entrees.
The challenge will be decided 6 months after the 1,000th UVIEW has been sold. Once the 1,000th UVIEW has been sold an email will go out informing everyone on our email list that the Challenge Is On, and the last date to submit videos. You will also get instructions of how to submit your video clips.
Challenge Guidelines: Raw Clips Only - No Music - Clear All Content Rights - Preferably 4K - No Crops - No Filters - Only footage with or of the UVIEW.
The winners of the competition will always have the option to receive a digital cash transfer, but can also be offered coupon codes or products from our store instead, or as part of the winnings.
We will not compensate for any transfer fees, taxes, customs, or any other expenses on top of the equal share of the €10,000 winnings.
